Privacy Policy
Draft — the full, reviewed version will be published here before ProtalForge launches.
ProtalForge collects only what it needs to run your account: your name, email address, company name and the data you choose to put into your portals.
Your portal data belongs to your organization. It is stored securely, separated from other customers' data, and is never sold. Passwords are stored only as secure hashes; we never ask for your social-media or client account passwords.
To improve ProtalForge we count visits to our own website with a first-party cookie that holds a random ID: which pages and templates were viewed, demo use, and what was added to the cart. We don't store your IP address, and these counts are never shared or used for advertising. If your browser sends “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control, nothing is counted. Visitors to websites our customers publish with ProtalForge are not tracked.
We intend to comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173). You may ask to see, correct or delete your personal data at any time.
